Storm results
Jan. 15th, 2007 07:29 pmThe insurance assessor was here on Friday and they have decided to replace the ceiling and carpet in the loungeroom after the hailstorm of NYE. Probably also the insulation, light fittings and gas wall-heater.
We may take the opportunity of getting the loungeroom modification done that we were planning for next year as they are going to have to take the whole ceiling down and do it again.

At least the mortgage broker guy turned up this morning so we look likely to be getting that extension on the line of credit that we need to survive for the next few months. I keep hoping we won't have to touch it but things are not looking good.
