Today I made two varieties of Oatmeal Cookies from a recipe I ran across in a book I read this weekend. So we have Cranberry/White Chocolate/Pistachio and Cranberry/White Chocolate/Macadamia. Recipe made lots, we have 3 dozen of each although they are smaller than commercial size I would guess. To spark the flavour up a bit I added the zest from a tangello to the macadamia ones and a quarter teaspoon of cardamom to the pistachio ones.
