Well today I managed to win the bidding on a 2nd hand MacBook Pro on ebay. Now I just have to wait for it to get here from Melbourne then I can move all my stuff onto it and retire this old one. Oh, and catch up on email, which is still on the old eMac at the office. Won't I have some fun!

I'm pretty pleased about it. I know I could have bought a brand new Toshiba for the same price but I'm attached to my Macs. Looking forward to it actually getting here (nd it's Sydney, not Melbourne whic in theory should make it quicker [G])

Thanks! Actually I'm still waiting for it to arrive as I had a friend pick it up for me COD, but he's had to fly off to Hobart for a few days and the courier company aren't the brightest bunch on Earth apparently as they didn't manage to pick it up in time. Maybe I'll get it tomorrow.
